How The Jack + Emmy Box Works:

*Take Our Style Survey: We want to learn what colors, fabrics, designs and price ranges you have in mind! Click Here to begin!

*Complete Your Order And Pay The $20 Style Fee: Complete the Style Survey and check out by paying the $20 Style Fee. This fee will be applied towards your order if you keep 1 or more items. If you send everything back, you will lose your $20 Style Fee.

*Get Your Box: We will ship your box for free, right to your door! Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to ship. Have your child try everthing on if you wish to make sure the fit and comfort is right! Returns will only be accepted if items have their attached original tags and are in new condition, so please DO NOT remove tags unless you intend to keep the item.

*Checkout: We know you will Love everything we picked for your child! If there are items you would like to return or exchange for a different size, please send them back to us within 5 days using a prepaid return label. Your $20 Style Fee will be applied towards anything you keep. Keep 4 or more items and get 20% off your entire purchase! Your card will be charged for whatever you keep, minus the Style Fee.
